  I waited a very long time today for my items and finally got to the front of the line today. It would help if they put more than one person on the register! I got tea and a sandwich. I was then sent to the little cubby hole where they have you pick up your food (very small and then you have to practically push past others waiting to get out). I was so excited to get my tea, I completely forgot about my sandwich til I was finally at work (late since I waited so long) and couldn't go back to get it. I tried calling to see if I could get a refund later or pick up a sandwich at lunch and couldn't get through. This is not service. With as many employees as they have, there should not be one person at the front register and no one answering the phone ...

  Great fresh donuts all day, delicious coffee, amazing customer service. It's actually inside a ExxonMobil gas station and both businesses know exactly what I want when I walk up to the counter. That personal level of service isn't something you find anywhere. They all know my 1 year old by name and go out of their way to make her day special with a high five. She loves visiting there as much as I do, and is more than just because of the great donuts!
