- 1 / 5By Joanne BerardiPoor service, ordered 3 salads, chicken was missing from 1 and they forgot the salad dressings for the other 2. Called and complained, the person I spoke with promised they would cancel my credit card transaction.
Checked my statement and it was never credited. I used to be a regular Cosi customer, but their service has gone downhill.
